Registration Policies

Verney Conference Management

Payment is due prior to the conference and includes lunches, refreshments, a detailed conference workbook as well as all meeting materials available during the conference. Every effort will be made by Verney Conference Management to ensure that all speaker materials will be included in the workbook, however speakers do reserve the right to not have their materials distributed or included in the workbook. If registering less than two weeks prior to an event a credit card hold will be required or a valid government purchase order number with applicable contact information. Verney Conference Management will only process credit card holds for payment if full payment is not received within the two weeks immediately following this event.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy:

You may substitute delegates at any time, however you are not permitted to split one registration between two or more individuals. In the event that you need to cancel your registration, Verney Conference Management will refund your payment, less a %10 service charge for cancellations received in writing 6-10 business days prior to first day of the event.

For cancellations received 11 days or more prior to an event, you may choose to receive a %100 refund or a credit note to be used up to one year from the date of issuance. There will be no refunds or credit notes issued for cancellations received 5 business days or less prior to a conference. If a registered delegate fails to cancel and does not attend the event, this will be treated as a cancellation and no refunds or credit notes will be issued.

Agenda Alterations, Postponements, and Speaker Substitutions:

Please note that speakers and topics were confirmed at time of publishing, however, circumstances beyond the control of Verney Conference Management may require substitutions, alterations, or cancellations of speakers and/or topics. Therefore, Verney Conference Management reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers, topics, and/or agenda if necessary. If Verney Conference Management is required to postpone an event, a credit note will issued and considered as a registration for the rescheduled event and will be subject to the standard policies previously outlined. If Verney Conference Management is required to cancel an event a full refund will be issued or you may choose to be issued a credit note for a future event to be used within one year of issuance. Verney Conference Management shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this conference is canceled, rescheduled, or postponed due to fortuitous event, "Act of God", unforeseen occurrence, or any other event that renders the performance of this conference impractical or impossible. Verney Conference Management reserves the right to make changes to speakers, and programs and/or cancel programs if enrollment criteria is not met or when conditions out of its control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each participant if a program is canceled or postponed. If a program is canceled Verney Conference Management's liability shall be limited conference registration fees only.
