In order to make your stay as easy as possible we have negotiated a preferred rate for this event of $199.00/per night.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. While every effort is made to accommodate guests arriving before the check-in time, rooms may not be immediately available.
Check-out time is 11:00am. Requests to retain rooms beyond that hour should be directed to the Front Desk. Depending on room availability, a late departure charge may be applied.
Non-guaranteed reservations will be held until 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, at which time they will be released for general sale (unless guaranteed by a credit card).
