Canadian Association of Health Care Privacy Officers (CAHPO)- Website Coming Soon!

CAHPO is a new association created for Canadian health care privacy officers. The objective of the association is to create a forum for privacy officers working in hospitals and other health care organizations to share common issues and concerns, materials and policies, and to discuss and inform the current e-health environment which impacts us and the public we serve. This association will enable its members to leverage expertise within the community and will be an efficient way to resolve the kind of privacy issues and problems that we face every day.

CAPAPA is the leading national association in Canada dedicated to Privacy and Access Professionals in the private sector and at all levels of the public sectors.

CAPAPA provides the only meaningful Professional Certification of Access and Privacy Professionals in Canada's public and private sectors; accreditation of post-secondary programs related to Access and Privacy; networking opportunities and training of professionals by professionals.
